First TPM in İstanbul, Türkiye
The kickoff meeting for the Greenbrained project was held on the 3rd and 4th of September 2022. Yıldız Technical University, located in Istanbul, Türkiye, hosted this inaugural event. The meeting marked the beginning of our collaborative efforts aimed at empowering youth work in line with the European Green Deal. This gathering brought together representatives from all partner institutions to lay the groundwork for the project’s implementation.
Detailed presentations were made to ensure all partners were aligned with the project’s goals, specific objectives, and expected outcomes. Discussions focused on the overarching aim of enhancing green entrepreneurship skills among youth and integrating Green Deal concepts into youth work. This kickoff meeting set a positive tone for the project, establishing a collaborative environment and ensuring all partners were prepared for the journey ahead.
Second TPM in Nis, Serbia
The second transnational project meeting (TPM2) for the Greenbrained project was held on June 7-8, 2023, at the University of Nis in Serbia. This meeting focused on the critical task of developing the Informal Training Set, which aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of youth workers in the context of the European Green Deal.
A comprehensive evaluation of the overall project was conducted to ensure all aspects were on track and to address any emerging issues. This meeting was a pivotal moment for the project, reinforcing collaboration and ensuring all partners were well-prepared for the tasks ahead.

Fourth TPM in Sofia, Bulgaria
The fourth transnational project meeting (TPM4) for the Greenbrained project took place on November 15-16, 2023, at Sofia Technical University in Sofia, Bulgaria. This meeting was dedicated to the development of the GreenBrained e-platform, a key component of the project aimed at fostering green skills and entrepreneurship among youth. The TPM4 meeting included several key activities designed to ensure effective collaboration and significant progress on the GreenBrained e-platform.
Detailed plans for the implementation and dissemination of the GreenBrained e-platform were developed. This meeting was a critical step in advancing the project, ensuring that the GreenBrained e-platform would be a valuable resource for promoting green skills and entrepreneurship among youth.
Fifth TPM in Ankara, Türkiye
The fifth and final transnational project meeting (TPM5) for the Greenbrained project took place on March 21-22, 2023, at Gazi University in Ankara, Türkiye. This meeting was dedicated to the final assessment and evaluation of the project, ensuring all objectives were met and reviewing the outcomes of the project components. All project deliverables were reviewed and finalized, ensuring that the objectives were met. Administrative and financial aspects of the project were finalized, ensuring compliance with Erasmus+ requirements.
The final meeting marked the successful completion of the Greenbrained project. The collaborative efforts of all partners resulted in significant outcomes that will continue to benefit the target audience. This meeting was a pivotal moment, celebrating the achievements of the project and setting the stage for future initiatives inspired by its success.
